Delivery

We aim to process all orders as quickly as we can – usually within 1-2 working days of receiving your order.
All orders will be packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
All orders are processed in the order in which they are received.
Sometimes an item can go out of stock before we are able to reflect this on our website.
If this happens to your ordered item, we will contact you and if we are unable to fulfill your order within a timescale acceptable to you, we will refund your order.

Click & Collect from Plackitt & Booth Bookshop

Click & Collect from the Bookshop at 87c Clifton St, Lytham FY8 5ER. We will email to let you know when orders can be collected.

We are open for collection & orders from Mon – Sat 9am – 5.30pm and Sun 10am – 4pm.

We are also happy to take orders by telephone, email and social media.

UK Delivery

We use Royal Mail 2nd Class postage as Standard for UK delivery – we charge a flat rate of £3.25 for all deliveries UK.

If you would like your item to arrive quicker you can select Royal Mail 1st Class for UK deliveries at a flat rate of £5.50.

International Delivery

Delivery worldwide is calculated on weight, dimensions and destination. We charge a flat rate of £25 based on average weight of purchases. We reserve the right to contact you before the dispatch of your order if we find the postage cost is significantly more than our standard charges – you may of course contact us with your shipping requirements to get an accurate quote prior to ordering.

Deliveries to some countries outside the UK may also be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied at destination. It will be your responsibility for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and are unable to predict their amount. For further information you should contact your Customs Office before placing your order.

Communication

After placing an order, we will email acknowledging receipt of your order.
Another email will be sent to confirm your order has been dispatched or is ready for collection.
